Ice Cream

• 1 cup whipping cream
• 3 Tablespoons butter
• 1 cup half & half
• 2 cans evaporated milk
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 1/8 teaspoon salt
• 2 teaspoosn vanilla

Scald (heat just until bubbling) cream and butter

add half&half, sugar, salt and vanilla until smooth

add evaporated milk

freeze in ice cream machine
