Chewy Brownie Cookies

• 2/3 cup crisco butter flavor
• 1+1/2 cup light brown sugar
• 1 Tablespoon water
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 2 eggs
• 1+1/2 cup flour
• 1/3 cup unsweetened baking cocoa
• 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips (or M&Ms)

heat oven to 375

combine shortening, brown sugar, eggs, water and vanilla

beat at medium speed until well blended
