French Bread

  • 1 Tablespoon yeast
  • 1 Cup warm water
  • 1 Tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 to 3+1/2 cups flour
  • 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 Tablespoon water

Make as normal bread, cook at 375, brush with egg white + water mixture as soon as 30% golden.
